§ 6-26. State Construction Code adopted.

Latest version.

(a)

Pursuant to the provisions of Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1508), the city elects to make itself subject to such act and the State Construction Code promulgated by the state construction code commission.

(b)

The city assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of such act and code throughout its corporate limits.
