§ 14-29. Standards.

Where the superintendent, sexton, or other city official is given discretionary authority under this article, such authority shall be exercised based upon the following standards:
(1)

Safety of city employees in providing maintenance or other work performed by such employees in the cemetery.

(2)

Safety of persons using or visiting the cemetery.

(3)

The general appearance of the cemetery.

(4)

The general efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the cemetery.

(5)

The general health, safety and welfare of the residents of the city and those persons using the cemetery or who own any lots within the cemetery.
