§ 10.4. City Assessor:

(a).

The City Assessor shall possess all the powers vested in and shall be charged with all the duties imposed upon assessing officers by law.

(b).

The City Assessor shall be responsible for preparation of all regular and special assessment rolls in the manner prescribed by law.

(c).

The City Assessor shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by law or the Council.
