§ 66-143. Rate schedule.

(a)

Dockage charges at the marina shall be established at least annually by resolution of the city council.

(b)

The city council shall establish a schedule of charges for other goods and services the marina provides. All such miscellaneous charges shall be conspicuously posted in the office of the marina manager.

(c)

No free service shall be furnished by the marina facility to any individual, firm or corporation, public or private, or to any public agency or instrumentality.
