§ 66-138. Additional powers.

Under this article, the city council shall:
(1)

Provide and cause to be levied suitable fees and rental for facilities and services provided by the municipal marina.

(2)

Make, amend and revise and cause to be enforced such rules and regulations as shall be necessary in the administration of the marina in accordance with section 2-2. Any violation of such rules and regulations shall be grounds to terminate the right to occupy a marina slip. In addition, violation of any rule identified as a municipal civil infraction or a misdemeanor shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 1-7.

(3)

Acquire such real property, equipment and materials as shall be necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the marina, in accordance with section 2-4 of this Code and section 10.1 of the Charter.
