§ 66-42. Air pollution.

  • It shall be unlawful for any watercraft, lying at anchor or attached to any dock or slip of the harbor or navigating in Pere Marquette Lake or river to blow flues or to cause any unnecessary smoke and dirt from the boilers. The master and engineer of all craft shall be charged with the observance of this section, and any violation of this section shall be chargeable to them.
