§ 50-1. Compliance standards.

(a)

The approvals required under this chapter shall be obtained prior to the installation of any subdivision or project improvements within the City, in public streets, public alleys, public rights-of-way and public easements, and under the ultimate jurisdiction of the City.

(b)

All subdivisions or project improvements within the City installed in public streets, public alleys, public rights-of-way or public easements, and/or under the ultimate jurisdiction of the City shall comply with all of the sections and requirements of this Code.
