§ 34-134. Intoxicating liquor sales.

No person shall:
(1)

Engage in the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor.

(2)

Knowingly attend, frequent, operate or be an occupant of any place where the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor is permitted or conducted.
