§ 34-132. Prostitution and related offenses.

No person shall:
(1)

Engage in any act of prostitution.

(2)

Permit or allow any premises owned, occupied or controlled by him to be used or occupied by persons engaging in any act of prostitution or any other illegal sexual activity.

(3)

Knowingly attend, frequent, operate or be an occupant of any place where prostitution is permitted or conducted.

(4)

Transport any person to a place where he knows prostitution is practiced, encouraged or allowed for the purpose of enabling the person transported to engage in prostitution.
