§ 18-1. Cleaning or dressing fish or game.

(a)

No person shall clean or dress any fish, fowl or animal upon public property or dispose of any remains thereof or offal therefrom upon public property or into any public refuse container within the city except at sites and into containers designated for such purposes.

(b)

No person shall clean or dress any fish, fowl or animal upon private property or dispose of any remains thereof or offal therefrom upon any private property or into any private refuse container within the city without the consent of the owner or operator thereof.
