§ 14-80. Successors.

When a cemetery burial space is purchased by more than one person, each person shall be named on the deed or endowment certificate. The heirs or successors of each person named on the deed or endowment certificate shall be entitled to burial rights, except as provided by law, and subject to the provisions of this Chapter 14.
