§ 10-5. Information confidential.

Except as otherwise required or permitted by the provisions of the state freedom of information act (MCL 15.231 et seq., MSA 4.1801(1) et seq.), all information furnished under the authority of this chapter shall be kept in strict confidence and shall not be available for public inspection.
