§ 1200.2:1. Designation.

The City Planning Commission is hereby designated as specified in the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Act 33 of the Public Acts of Michigan 2008, as amended, and shall perform the duties as provided in this Act together with such other powers and duties as are given by the provisions of this Ordinance.
